Mystery Reader Volunteers: We welcome upper elementary and middle school students who love math and reading to become Mystery Readers. It’s a great opportunity for young volunteers to share their interests, build confidence, and inspire younger students.
Mystery Readers participate at our sessions and read engaging stories to younger learners. We provide the books along with a guide for the readers to create “Spark Questions” to ask during the story to encourage students to think, participate, and stay engaged.
Math Master Volunteers: We welcome high school math students with strong competition experience, particularly students who have achieved AMC 10 Honor Roll or higher, to support our Math Master Program.
Volunteers may assist with proctoring, grading, and problem discussions. We provide answer keys and guidance to help volunteers facilitate productive discussions and support students as they develop their problem-solving skills.
This is a great opportunity for experienced math students to give back to the math community and mentor the next generation of math enthusiasts.
